Responsibility

1.Solution Design and Promotion :
o Responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of integrated smart oilfield solutions (such as digitalization, IoT, big data analytics, AI applications), covering communication and digital transformation applications related to production optimization, predictive equipment maintenance, safety management, etc.
o Deeply understand the needs of energy industry clients, deliver customized technical solutions, and lead technical communications and bidding support.
2.Technology Integration and Innovation :
oCoordinate in-house and ecosystem partner capabilities in IoT, cloud computing, industrial big data, and digital twin technologies to build practical smart oilfield product systems.
oTrack industry trends and focus on new technologies and products related to smart oilfields to drive iterative solution upgrades.
3. Project Management and Delivery :
oLead the full lifecycle management of projects, ensuring the solution meets client needs while controlling delivery quality and costs.
4.Ecosystem Cooperation :
oCollaborate with hardware suppliers and software service providers to build a cooperative ecosystem in the smart oilfield domain.

Requirements

1. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, telecommunications, IoT, automation, or related fields.

2. Experience Requirements :

oOver 3 years of experience in ICT or digital transformation.

oExperience in oilfield digital transformation or similar projects such as smart oilfields or smart industrial parks by telecom operators.

3. Skills Requirements :

o Familiar with network communication and low-voltage system design in industrial parks;

o Knowledge of IoT networking in industrial parks, building automation systems, industrial internet, SCADA systems, etc.;

o Familiar with telecom operator DICT projects and related processes.

4.Soft Skills :

oFamiliarity with oilfield production processes and management systems; hands-on experience in the digital-intelligent transformation of the energy industry;

oStrong business development and conversion skills, with the ability to quickly understand the business and support project delivery;
