Overview
Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, develop long‑term customer relationships, respond to queries promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new sales leads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high‑quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Solicit and log client feedback, evaluate the data, and create new sales opportunities and target customers.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate possible solutions to management.
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, market themes, and competitive landscape.
- Manage forecasts and lead / campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.5‑7 years of experience as a senior sales executive, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.Proven track record in quota‑bearing roles, including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations.Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management.Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms; MS PowerPoint, Excel.Successful sales experience representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions for financial services, capital markets, and banking.Ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI.Coordinate and complete RFPs and present to senior decision‑makers and stakeholders.Manage complex sales with multiple decision‑makers.Manage internal resources to navigate and complete the sale cycle.Build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve / exceed quota.Match customers’ needs with solutions.Benefits
