Job description

One of the leading MEP specialist construction companies requires a Project Manager for a new project in Riyadh.

The successful candidate shall oversee the entire operation of the project or multiple projects in coordination with the managerial project staff, the client / client representative, and the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget.
  • Review and analyze all aspects of the project, taking necessary actions.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  • Conduct timely, thorough, professional, and documented reviews and actions.
  • Identify and resolve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness.
  • Deliver a realistic and quality program to ensure project success.
  • Maintain overall quality management of major project programs.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

    • Skills :

  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience, including supervision.
  • Expert knowledge of project management practices, tools, techniques, analysis, and methods.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency.
  • Expert knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment related to design and production.
