Hays is partnered with a leading building materials and manufacturing business in Jeddah, KSA. The organisation is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to be a part of their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights, crafting compelling presentations, and influencing decision-makers across the business.

Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and operational data
Support feasibility studies for new projects, initiatives, and business cases
Develop clear, visually engaging presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic proposals
Present findings and analysis to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a confident and professional manner
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform analysis and recommendations

Qualifications and Requirements :

An MBA from a reputable university is required

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / similar role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Fluency in English required, Arabic is an advantage
