Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at IMFI. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including contact information and attendance records.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure their timely replenishment.
  • Help with the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
