TikTok MCN Operator

1. Responsible for the full-process production of real estate short videos in Saudi Arabia, including creative planning, shooting, editing, publishing, and account operation. Requires the ability to localize content (refer to similar job requirements).

2. Lead the optimization of投放 strategies (traffic monetization) and data analysis to enhance account exposure and conversion rates (similar to the function of "senior content planning").

3. Coordinate team resources and promote content co-creation with local partners (such as advertisers or influencer collaborations).

Qualifications :

1. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of seamless communication with Middle Eastern teams and clients (language proficiency is emphasized for the Saudi market).

2. Over 2 years of experience in overseas short-video content production or TikTok MCN operation, with a requirement to provide past works or data cases.

3. Priority given to candidates with knowledge of real estate short-video or MCN operation.

4. Strong self-motivation; candidates with entrepreneurial experience are preferred, capable of achieving zero-to-one breakthroughs, willing to join a startup team, and grow together with the team.

5. Willing to adapt to the Middle Eastern cultural environment, required to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (international background is preferred).
