Job Summary
We are seeking a competent HR Operations & Talent Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution and administration of all core HR operational activities. The key focus areas include attendance management, maintaining highly accurate employee records, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support for initial talent acquisition efforts . The specialist will ensure all HR processes run efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with internal policies and applicable governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance and Time Management : Implement and monitor employee attendance and timekeeping procedures, forms, and systems to ensure full policy compliance.
- Regulatory & Governmental Compliance : Manage and oversee HR-related governmental platforms (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad) to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
- Records and Data Management : Maintain and update employee records and profiles with high precision, ensuring the integrity and completeness of all personnel files and documentation.
- Employee Movement Tracking : Monitor and follow up on changes in job status and movements of employees within the organization.
- Reporting and Documentation : Draft and prepare specialized HR documentation and reports related to operational processes.
- Employee Support : Handle employee queries and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective support.
- Talent Acquisition Support (Initial Phase) : Support the initial talent acquisition stage by drafting and posting job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Essential Requirements
Experience : A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in an HR Operations or a similar role.Location : Must be a current resident of Jeddah (Jeddah-based is mandatory).Start Date : Ability to start work immediately or with very short notice.Legal Knowledge : Strong and solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related governmental platforms (e.g., GOSI, Mudad, etc.).Technical Skills : Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software.Seniority Level
