Supporting the M&A team, including advising on all aspects of the transaction process and related corporate governance issues
Advising clients on M&A, distressed / special situation transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, partnerships and corporate advisory matters
Supporting the team in delivering solutions and commercially focused outcomes
Maintaining a high level of client service

Requirements
At least 5 years of M&A experience in a leading law firm
Excellent academic track record
A strong understanding of corporate law and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences
