Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI strategies and business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring business impact and ROI.
  • Provide strategic guidance on AI adoption, aligning initiatives with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Drive AI transformation by identifying opportunities for AI integration within client operations, processes, and technology ecosystems.
  • Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to refine AI models and methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of AI solutions to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform project strategies.
  • Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing to AI thought leadership.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities and drive client engagement.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings to promote AI expertise and expand market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in AI, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record in a consulting or corporate leadership role.
  • Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.
  • Strong leadership and project management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering AI-driven business transformations in industries such as financial services, technology, or government.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies for AI and product development.
