Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive with solid experience across sea, air, and land freight to support the expansion of our freight forwarding business in the Middle East. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role suited for a self-starter who thrives in the field, builds strong client relationships, and takes ownership of driving revenue growth with consistency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy across sea, air, and land freight services.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and gross profit targets.
- Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients.
- Develop and manage a growing portfolio of B2B clients across sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
- Deliver client-centric freight solutions that align with operational capabilities and market demands.
Market Intelligence & Business Expansion
Map and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer shifts.Share feedback with commercial and pricing teams to refine offerings.Coordination & Service Alignment
Work closely with operations, pricing, and customer service to ensure flawless execution of deals.Resolve client queries and service issues with speed and professionalism.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Ownership & Execution
Take full accountability for assigned sales pipeline and revenue delivery.Work independently with minimal supervision, showing urgency, initiative, and resilience.Uphold a culture of responsiveness, reliability, and customer success.Key Requirements
Experience : 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding across sea, air, and land freight.Client Exposure : Demonstrated ability to win and manage mid to large accounts.Commercial Understanding : Strong grasp of pricing, costing, and freight margin structures.Drive & Execution : Field-oriented sales approach with a strong sense of ownership and delivery.Communication : Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a competitive market.Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach.Energetic, entrepreneurial, and always ready to roll up sleeves to get the job done.Thrives in fast-paced, performance-led environments.Location & Work Type
