Overview

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, train store teams, and enhance brand presentation to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing multiple stores, training staff, and implementing brand standards to enhance sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, maintain displays, and assist with product demonstrations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain visual merchandising guidelines, collaborate with team, conduct product training, and stay updated on trends in luxury fashion.
Install point of sale materials, manage inventory, ensure product presentation, and comply with safety regulations while coordinating deliveries.
Ensure compliance with visit itineraries, manage merchandise loading, shelf arrangement, inventory, and communicate pricing while supporting promotional actions.
Analyze inventory data, develop replenishment plans, and support e-commerce sales.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding dealer network, and promoting laminates with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

Requires high school certificate and valid driver\'s license.

The role involves planning, sourcing, and implementing store layouts while collaborating with designers, requiring strong communication skills and knowledge of fashion trends.

Experience in planning or finance; a Bachelor's degree may be required for some roles.

Experience in merchandising, retail operations, and brand presentation is implied through responsibilities.
