About PlayFuture CO-OP Program : PlayFuture is Qiddiya’s flagship internship program designed to provide students with a structured, hands‑on, impactful learning experience. The program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and exposure needed to succeed in their future careers while contributing to Qiddiya’s ambitious mission. Through real‑world projects and professional development, PlayFuture builds a strong foundation for potential future opportunities within Qiddiya, such as application to our Graduate Development Program (GDP) – PlayForward.

Role Overview As a CO-OP Intern at Qiddiya, you will become part of a fast‑paced and future‑focused organization that values innovation, collaboration, and growth. You will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects, support key initiatives, and gain exposure to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the execution of departmental projects and daily operations.

Conducting research, gathering insights, and assisting in data analysis to support decision‑making.

Contributing to the development of presentations, reports, and internal documentation.

Participating in meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

GPA : 2.75 out of 4 or 3.75 out of 5, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and eligible to undertake a CO-OP internship as part of academic requirements (preferably having completed all coursework hours and requiring only the CO-OP to graduate).

Majors required : Computer & Information Science, Engineering & Architecture, Business, Finance & Management, Hospitality, Events & Protocol, Marketing, Communications & Arts, Health, Safety & Environment.

Nationality : Saudis only.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic environment.

Demonstrated interest in Qiddiya’s mission and the transformative vision of Saudi Vision 2030.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
