Performance management specialist

Responsibilities

• Preparing methods and means for implementing tests, implementing written and performance tests, and ensuring their confidentiality.
• Researching various educational tests, such as : achievement, intelligence, inclinations and personality tests, preparing standard conditions for tests and developing various tests.
• Preparing reports and specialized documents in the field of measurement and evaluation and keeping them in the relevant database.
• Developing methods, procedures and standards for measurement and evaluation and keeping pace with scientific and technical development in the field of measurement and evaluation.
• Correcting tests, monitoring and analyzing their results, and verifying the validity, reliability and objectivity of tests and the credibility of their results.
