About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager fluent in Arabic and passionate about shaping the future of payments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You’ll own the product strategy and execution for our payment network integrations - working at the intersection of user experience, regulatory alignment, and infrastructure reliability.

This is a critical role as we expand across KSA. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver seamless payment experiences - built for scale, speed, and trust.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment systems and our integration partners from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Work closely with engineers and architects to help our customers integrate with their native accounting and HT management solutions and our banking partners.
• Analyze transaction-level data using SQL to identify anomalies, fraud patterns, or user pain points.
• Lead customer discovery and usability testing, especially for Arabic-speaking users and regional partners.
• Ensure alignment with payment schemes, regulatory frameworks, and compliance needs in KSA.Stay current on trends in regional payment protocols, infrastructure APIs, and relevant technologies.
