Produce high quality reports, presentations and other documentation for external use and publication. To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Adherence to AtkinsRéalis BMS and Procedures. To work as part of an integrated building and design team and co-ordinate with other design disciplines. Requirements

Technical Competencies : Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven graphic design experience with a minimum of 6-8 years and ideally within a multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy environment. Significant expertise and experience using major graphic design tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Exceptional flair for typography, layout design, colour harmony, and visual storytelling, paired with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English. Ability to speak and write in Arabic is a plus. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reports and presentations, using InDesign and PowerPoint. Must be able to produce engaging diagrams / infographics and other high-quality visuals to communicate complex concepts. Must have appreciation of the work of other disciplines. Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources. Desirable : Proficiency in SketchUp, the Autodesk suite, and other relevant software is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to generate maps, plans and illustrations using Illustrator and / or Photoshop is an asset but not essential. Branding and visual identity experience is a plus. Exposure to multi-disciplinary consultancy environment within GCC region. Behavioral Competencies
