Overview The Business Development Manager, Field Sales, is a quota‑carrying role responsible for developing the sales pipeline directly and through a partner ecosystem (Sales Development, partnership & alliances). The role manages and expands strategic relationships with clients in KSA and, in some cases, the broader Middle East. It drives sales initiatives, enables SDRs / BDRs / Marketing, and maximizes revenue opportunities through effective management of the sales ecosystem. This position is part of a growth strategy in the MENA region with incentives and opportunities to make an impact in a fast‑growing business.
About The Role
Achieve and drive the sales and pipeline goals
through the partner ecosystem, ensuring revenue and market share targets are met.
Relationship Management :
Identify, build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Go‑to‑Market Planning :
Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies, including solution development, co‑selling, and joint marketing activities.
Insights, Market Intelligence and new business opportunities :
Gather insights to capture new market share and support other business units. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Middle East; provide insights to develop and execute winning strategies.
Cross‑functional Collaboration :
Work with Pre‑sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Contract Negotiation :
Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing business terms with system integrator partners.
About You
English and Arabic speaker.
Experience in technology & software sales (SaaS).
Experience with Oracle and / or SAP environments is an added advantage.
Established business network in KSA.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the Middle East as required.
