Female Pilates Instructor | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We're recruiting a passionate and experienced female Pilates Instructor for a Pilates Studio located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Package : Tax-free basic monthly salary : up to US$ 3,500 (approximately 13,140 SAR) Commission / Bonus - 15% for PT classes up to 40 per month and 25% above the 40 classes per month Visa Private room in shared apartment Medical Insurance Paid annual leave Paid annual flights Transportation Relocation flight if not currently in Saudi Arabia Uniform Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Minimum 3 years experience Language : Fluent in English (required) and Arabic (optional) Qualifications : Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, Chair and / or Clinical Pilates); additional certifications in yoga are a plus. Experience : Proven track record of working in boutique or luxury fitness environments, with experience leading group and private classes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Lead and Inspire : Instruct engaging Pilates classes for groups and individuals, offering personalized corrections and encouragement. Tailored Programs : Design individualized exercise plans for members with specific goals or needs. Studio Readiness : Ensure the studio is well-maintained and fully equipped (reformers, mats, blocks, straps, etc.) before and after each session. Technical Expertise : Demonstrate safe and effective use of Pilates equipment, always ensuring correct form and technique. Flexibility & Posture Focus : Guide clients through stretching routines to improve posture, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Member Engagement : Schedule classes, manage calendars, and communicate with members to enhance their experience. Observation & Support : Monitor members during sessions to correct form and prevent injury, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Dynamic Leadership : Lead both mat and reformer-based classes for various skill levels, fostering an inclusive and motivating atmosphere. As a Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead transformative classes, guiding members to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. You’ll play a crucial role in creating personalized experiences, ensuring every client feels supported and empowered on their fitness journey.
