Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience : 8 - 15 years of experience.

Job Specification

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Review the client's enquiry package to fully address the potential work scope.
• Prepare information for internal and subcontractor pricing requests.
• Preparation of detailed material take-off data.
• Calculation of direct and indirect man hours and costs, material costs, site establishment costs and plant costs.
• Prepare information for planning purposes.
• Prepare tender summary data for final panel meetings / management review.
• Attend job explanation meetings, site visits, post tender clarification and negotiation meetings as appropriate.
