We are looking for passionate Mobile Game Community Specialists to help us foster a positive, engaging, and energetic community atmosphere for our mobile multiplayer games.
As a Community Specialist, you will support user engagement, understand player needs, and help create an enjoyable and welcoming environment across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- 1. Experience and understand the game to become familiar with gameplay, user preferences, and community culture.
- 2. Support community engagement by encouraging healthy interaction, positive communication, and enjoyable user experiences.
- 3. Assist in community-building activities, helping strengthen user relationships and enhance overall player satisfaction.
- 4. Collect and report user feedback, summarizing insights and suggestions to the internal team.
- 5. Provide basic user guidance, helping newcomers adapt and answering simple questions related to gameplay.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates welcome.Arabic speaker; GCC dialect and English are a plus.Passionate about mobile games; gaming experience preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work remotely for 6 hours per day, 7 days per week.Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting in diverse online communities.Seniority level
