Office assistant vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative support role, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This is an urgent requirement and we are specifically looking for candidates of Indian nationality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Manage office filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English is preferred but not required
