Responsibilities
- Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams and understand the use of tools and measuring instruments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, identify and correct faults.
- Install and mount electrical equipment, including subpanels, cable trays, circuit breakers, wiring, and junction boxes; cut, pull, and terminate cables.
- Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Perform assembly and disassembly of electrical components; adjust and install materials to meet tolerance and product operating requirements.
- Conduct functional and continuity testing.
- Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations.
- Take ownership for completion of QC sheets, manufacturing forms, and completion work forms.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.1+ year of experience in electrical activities such as cable assembly, cable glanding, testing, electrical connection, and cable termination.Understanding of electrical systems and components.Experience in packaging lines (desired).Knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations (desired).Ability to read and understand packaging drawings.Knowledge of relevant safety standards and willingness to use protective gear such as gloves and safety glasses.Attention to detail and precision.Proficiency in English.Work Arrangements
