Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones. Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals, and all peripherals. Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance. Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment, and software systems. Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment. Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum one (1) year experience in Technical Support. Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products. Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software. Good Communication Skills Should have good communication skills in both oral and written English. Saudi Nationality is a must Seniority level
