Instructor – Safety

Overview

High Training Institute is seeking skilled and passionate Safety Instructors to join our team in Dammam / Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, with potential assignments at newly established branches in other cities. Minimum Qualifications

(must meet at least one) Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Industrial / Vocational Education, Engineering, or Science + 4 years industrial training experience (2 years in Safety preferred). Associate degree / Equivalent + 6 years industrial training experience (2 years in Safety preferred). Craft-Certified (No Degree) + 8 years field experience (2 years in Safety preferred). Professional trainer certification preferred. General Requirements (All Instructors)

Minimum 4 years of recent experience. High level of computer proficiency. Experience with smart learning technologies is preferred. Employment Details

Place of Work : High Training Institute – Dammam / Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities). Working Hours : 8 hours per day. Contract Duration : 1-year contract, renewable annually. Salary & Benefits :

Competitive salary of 7,500 – 12,000 SAR per month, plus : Performance bonus (up to 3 months). Allowances : 25% housing, 10% transportation, and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).
