Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure requirements are met through workshops and meetings, especially in commercial cycles (OB, RF, Performance Review, Quarterly Business Review). Perform strategic analysis of complex business situations to identify problems and opportunities; conduct in-depth root cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements. Gather, document, and manage business and ad hoc requirements; ensure alignment with objectives and stakeholder needs. Create detailed functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements that meet high-level business requirements. Design and implement data products and analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business models are based on rigorous data analysis. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans; lead defect resolution with development teams. Develop and maintain business models representing processes, data, and organizational structures; communicate insights and propose strategic scenarios for improvement. Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure data-driven recommendations are robust. Mentor and guide junior business analysts within the team. Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements based on in-depth data analysis. Qualifications

KSA National University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, commercial planning & reporting or financial planning, preferably within FMCG or data consultancy English & Arabic proficiency (written & spoken) CBAP or equivalent data analytics / AI analytics certification is an advantage Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions Data-driven with ability to deliver within critical timelines Seniority level
