Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Solar Panel Technicians to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and commission solar PV panels, inverters, and electrical components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance checks of solar energy systems.

Troubleshoot faults, identify root causes, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Ensure proper wiring, grounding, and compliance with electrical safety codes and company standards.

Measure and monitor system output to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and customer reports.

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and project managers to meet project deadlines.

Adhere to workplace safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.

Provide guidance to junior technicians and assist in training when required.

Essential Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy, or equivalent technical certification.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Solar Technician (installation and maintenance).

Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and solar electrical components.

Basic understanding of local electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Skills Required

Proficiency in using electrical tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Physically fit to work in outdoor conditions, including heights and varying weather.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
