Role Summary As a Site Sales Representative, you’ll be scale’s front line in the field, connecting directly with contractors, understanding their material needs, and turning those conversations into orders. You’ll spend most of your time visiting sites, building relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Visit active construction sites daily to identify new sales opportunities and build contractor relationships.

Understand project material requirements (e.g., blocks, cement, rebar, finishing materials) and provide pricing proposals.

Generate new leads, follow up on potential clients, and close sales deals in coordination with the sales team.

Maintain regular communication with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Collect and share on-ground insights about demand, competition, and pricing trends.

Represent scale professionally on-site and during client meetings.

Track leads, activities, and orders using CRM or company tools.

Qualifications

3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction supply.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Confidence in visiting construction sites and dealing with contractors and foremen.

Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven with a startup mindset.

Based in Riyadh with a valid driving license.
