Must-Have : 10+ years of experience overseeing corporate affairs, including governance, board management, and investor relations Skilled in corporate governance framework, compliance, and risk management processes Prior experience in overseeing (CSR) initiatives, organizing meetings & training Experience in developing and implementing governance policies, leading governance audits, and preparing board reports.

Nice to Have : Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or any other relevant field.
