Master's degree in Nursing or in related health discipline, or MBA. If Master's degree is not in Nursing, a Bachelor degree in Nursing is required, and Current nursing (RN) license in the North America, Western Europe, Australia / New Zealand, and Seven (7) years of acute care hospital experience including four (4) years in a leadership role. Current experience working in the specialty area. Reporting to : CEO and Vice president Medical Affairs Total experience : 25 years or more Working as Director of Nursing or Asst. Director of Nursing : 7 - 10 years Management / Administration skills for Hospital & Nursing Affairs Current experience of being responsible for whole hospital and massive staff reporting to her / him including (Nursing managers / Supervisor nursing / Head Nurse / Charge Nurse and RN and Asst Nurse etc.)
