We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) Manager to oversee the management and operation of our network monitoring tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, identifying issues, and improving overall network health.

Responsibilities

• Tool Management : Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network performance monitoring tools.
• Network Monitoring : Continuously monitor network performance metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Reporting : Analyze performance data and prepare reports on network health, usage patterns, and incident statistics.
• Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Improvement Initiatives : Implement best practices and recommendations for improving network performance and reliability.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, performance metrics, and monitoring processes.
• Training : Provide training and support to staff on the use of NPM tools and interpretation of performance data.
