Job Summary The
Food and Beverage Coordinator
will provide secretarial services within the Food and Beverage Division office in accordance with standards, policies and guidelines as established by Shangri‑La. The position will coordinate daily office‑related activities, provide accurate document processing, ensure efficient internal and external office communications and complete administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage.
Responsibilities
Coordination of inter‑office and intra‑departmental communications including telephone paging and facsimile systems.
Completion of menus, letters, reports, forms and other documents for the food and beverage office.
Ensure prompt completion and delivery of documents and correspondence.
Maintain office‑filing system to include alphabetical chronological trace and daily files.
Provide accurate completion of menus, transcripts and meeting minutes.
Handle information interaction with purveyors, peers and other business situations.
Handle all guest employee management and owner interaction with complete courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain a positive and result‑oriented outlook, constantly striving for improvement both personally and professionally.
Handle sensitive matters in strict confidentiality with no exceptions.
Maintain schedule calendar appointments, meeting minutes and reports.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B.
Microsoft Office Knowledge.
Strong English skills, written and spoken.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
