Head of Retail / Retail Manager Location : Riyadh, KSA (onsite, full time)

Salary : AED 20,000 – 35,000 + other benefits as per Saudi law

We’re hiring a Retail Manager / Head of Retail to lead retail operations and growth strategy for an apparel brand targeting high‑end customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all clothing retail stores.

Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Implement retail expansion plans, new store openings, and visual merchandising standards.

Build and lead high‑performing retail teams with a focus on service excellence.

Develop operational policies, KPIs, and training programs for staff.

Collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams for seamless omni‑channel experience.

Report on sales, market trends, and opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in fashion or premium retail management.

Proven leadership in multi‑store or regional retail operations.

Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L management.

Customer‑centric mindset with focus on quality and brand image.

Strategic thinker with ability to grow and scale a luxury retail brand.
