Responsibilities

Responsible for production of round wires in various sizes according to quality standards and relevant specifications. Thoroughly conversant with simple calculations of die series based on percentage of area reduction as per machine specification. Capable of solving minor maintenance related problems. Ensure good housekeeping of the RBD premises. Monitor the quality of drawn wire at each stage of the process and report any problem.
