Investors Relation Officer

The Role

To manage the company’s relationships with current and potential investors and shareholders, ensuring the accurate and transparent communication of financial, administrative, and strategic information and disclosures in compliance with relevant regulations. This role aims to enhance trust in the company and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Managing Investor Relations :

• Develop effective communication channels with investors and shareholders.
• Build positive and sustainable relationships with investors and encourage their engagement with the company. Reports, Disclosures, and Announcements :
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to prepare periodic reports related to the company’s financial performance.
• Prepare and publish shareholder disclosures on the "IFSAH" platform.
• Ensure compliance with governance regulations and disclosure requirements, and monitor adherence to financial disclosure and governance standards.
• Oversee all announcements published on social media platforms and prepare related posts. Organizing Meetings and Events :
• Organize meetings with investors and shareholders.
• Coordinate and prepare presentations and events related to periodic reports presented to investors. Compliance and Oversight :
• Collaborate with the Governance and Compliance Department to ensure investor relations activities align with laws and regulations.
• Monitor compliance with financial disclosure and corporate governance standards. Internal Collaboration :
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding advertisements and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in the messaging and information released by the company. Market and Competitor Monitoring :
• Track market trends and monitor competitors’ performance.
