Supervise the implementation of the annual training plan across departments and projects.Ensure timely collection and validation of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data.Coordinate internal and external training logistics, nominations, attendance, and feedback.Monitor mandatory compliance training and follow up with departments to ensure completion.Prepare weekly / monthly training reports and dashboards for management review.Systems & LMS Administration
- Oversee data entry, course creation, and evaluation setup in MenaITech Training Module.
- Ensure the accuracy of training records, attendance sheets, and certificates.
- Generate LMS-based reports on participation, evaluation, and budget utilization.
- Support the L&D Manager in liaising with training providers, negotiating proposals, and tracking payments.
- Ensure all training activities align with approved budgets and SLAs.
Learning Quality, ROI & Impact Evaluation
- Collect and consolidate post-training feedback from trainees, trainers, and managers.
- Conduct analysis of learning data from MenaITech to measure participation, effectiveness, and completion rates.
- Apply Kirkpatrick Model and ROI methods to assess impact and value of training programs.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports (Excel / Power BI) showing training performance, cost, and outcomes.
- Present periodic insights and recommendations to the L&D Manager for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Support to Strategic Programs
- Assist in the rollout of HiPo, Leadership, and Technical Certification Programs.
- Act as the focal point between HR, operations, and L&D for program coordination.
