Job description
  • Supervise the implementation of the annual training plan across departments and projects.
  • Ensure timely collection and validation of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data.
  • Coordinate internal and external training logistics, nominations, attendance, and feedback.
  • Monitor mandatory compliance training and follow up with departments to ensure completion.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly training reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Systems & LMS Administration

    • Oversee data entry, course creation, and evaluation setup in MenaITech Training Module.
    • Ensure the accuracy of training records, attendance sheets, and certificates.
    • Generate LMS-based reports on participation, evaluation, and budget utilization.
    • Support the L&D Manager in liaising with training providers, negotiating proposals, and tracking payments.
    • Ensure all training activities align with approved budgets and SLAs.
    • Learning Quality, ROI & Impact Evaluation

    • Collect and consolidate post-training feedback from trainees, trainers, and managers.
    • Conduct analysis of learning data from MenaITech to measure participation, effectiveness, and completion rates.
    • Apply Kirkpatrick Model and ROI methods to assess impact and value of training programs.
    • Develop dashboards and visual reports (Excel / Power BI) showing training performance, cost, and outcomes.
    • Present periodic insights and recommendations to the L&D Manager for decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Support to Strategic Programs

    • Assist in the rollout of HiPo, Leadership, and Technical Certification Programs.
    • Act as the focal point between HR, operations, and L&D for program coordination.
