Overview
Customer Service Agents for Government Relations (Saudi Nationals Only) role at Trendyol Group. This position focuses on managing escalated complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Responsibilities
- Periodically reviewing local complaint management processes to identify pain points
- Directly involved in complaint management processes in cases requiring further investigation by Trendyol internal teams
- Contributing to flow improvement projects in ticketing systems
- Periodically reporting local backoffice teams' operational and success KPIs and creating alarms to relevant teams when needed
- Supporting the point of contact for Ministry / local government generated complaints, including responding, providing solutions, and follow-up
Expected Qualifications
Experience in retail and e-commerce law, government escalations and regulatory compliance in the KSAIn-depth knowledge and experience with e-commerce law, contractual law, law of obligations, commercial law, advertising law, payment regulations, consumer law, IP law, data protection in KSA lawStrong Arabic language written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, teamworkCapable of multitasking, ability to manage stress and meet strict deadlinesExcellent research and follow-up abilitiesSolid skills using MS Office toolsWhat We Offer
