Responsible for the definition of the business strategy, delivery, capacity, quality on the program / account.

Lead Pre Sales activities.

Lead Capacity activities.

Responsible for the revenue and margin and delivery of the program / accounts.

Final responsible for guaranteeing the quality metrics of a program / account.

Client-facing negotiation.

Experience in design thinking, lean startup, or at least product development frameworks.

Experience in agile projects.
