Experience Required : 10+ years in B2B Sales and Sales Team Leadership
Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to deliver consistent commercial performance across Sharik locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan aligned with business growth objectives.
- Set monthly and quarterly targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare periodic sales performance and occupancy reports for executive management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Establish and manage incentive and commission structures tied to performance.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance feedback sessions.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of sales team members.
Client Acquisition & Contract Management
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure.Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and conduct contract negotiations.Conduct professional site tours and presentations that reflect Sharik’s workspace and hospitality standards.Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure a smooth client onboarding and workspace handover experience.Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and pursue corporate accounts and long‑term business contracts.Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, brokers, and referral channels.Represent Sharik at relevant industry events and business meetings.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and managing sales teams.Proven track record in closing high‑value, multi‑year corporate contracts.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).Leadership and team development.Relationship‑building and stakeholder management.Data‑driven decision‑making and performance tracking.Professional communication in Arabic and English.Seniority level
