Head of Sales – Carbonated Soft Drinks & Juices. Reports to : GM / CEO. We’re hiring a dynamic Head of Sales to own the commercial agenda for our Carbonated Soft Drinks and Juices portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will set the sales strategy, build winning RTM (route-to-market) capabilities, lead high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HORECA, and e-commerce. What You’ll Do
Own the P&L for KSA Sales :
Deliver revenue, gross margin, and market-share targets for CSD & Juices. Build Strategy & RTM :
Design channel, customer, and geographic strategies, including distributor / wholesaler management and direct coverage where relevant. Lead & Develop Teams :
Manage regional sales managers, KAMs, and field execution teams; drive a performance culture with clear KPIs and coaching. Customer & Category Leadership :
Lead JBP negotiations, trade terms, and assortments with key retailers and foodservice groups; partner with Marketing / Category for activation calendars. Revenue Growth Management :
Optimize pricing, pack / price architecture, trade investment, and promo ROI using data-driven decisioning. Forecasting & S&OP :
Deliver accurate demand plans and align with Supply Chain on service levels and inventory health. Execution Excellence :
Ensure world-class in-store fundamentals (availability, visibility, share of shelf, planogram compliance, cold space, and activation). Data & Insights :
Use market data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI, retailer POS, internal BI) to identify opportunities and risks; course-correct quickly. Compliance & Governance :
Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. Talent & Culture :
Recruit, retain, and develop Saudi talent; foster diversity, inclusion, and high engagement. What You’ll Bring
Experience :
10–15+ years in FMCG beverage sales, including
5+ years leading sales
in KSA or GCC; strong track record in
carbonated soft drinks and / or juices . Channel Expertise :
Proven success in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HORECA, and e-commerce in Saudi Arabia. Leadership :
Inspirational people manager with multi-region, multi-channel team leadership and distributor stewardship. Commercial Acumen :
Mastery of JBP, RGM (pricing, promo, mix), trade investments, and P&L management. Data Fluency :
Comfortable with dashboards, POS / scan, and syndicated data to steer performance. Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related; MBA is a plus. Mobility :
Based in KSA with frequent travel across the Kingdom; occasional GCC travel. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
