We Are Hiring : Oracle Database Administrator (Telecom Domain)

Location : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Department : Ericsson BOS Delivery Team

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic BOS Delivery Team. This role is critical in ensuring database reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence within a telecom environment. What You Will Do

Install & Configure Oracle software and databases for optimal performance.
Optimize Performance through advanced tuning techniques and query optimization.
Ensure Data Integrity with robust backup and recovery strategies.
Manage Security by implementing user access controls and applying patches.
Monitor & Maintain database health using industry-standard tools.
Handle Upgrades & Migrations to ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot Issues promptly to maintain system availability.
Document Processes for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

What You Will Bring

Education : BSc in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience : Proven track record as an Oracle DBA with Exadata and Oracle RAC (11g / 12c / 19c).

Telecom network experience is a strong advantage.

Technical Expertise : Oracle ASM, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager (12c / 13c).

Database upgrades / patching, RMAN, exp / imp, Data Pump.

Performance tuning in Unix environments.

Additional Skills : Patch & release management (DB, storage node, server, network, Exadata).

EMC Networker administration experience is a plus.
