Sr. Project Finance Analyst
The ideal candidate will have extensive relevant experience and a strong academic background, with a passion for influencing a cleaner future through transportation electrification. This role is vital to our Finance team’s continued success. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy challenges, we want to hear from you!
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and cost deviation explanations.
- Maintain financial status reports for multiple projects, including budget, forecast, purchase requests, purchase orders, and accounting data.
- Monitor, report, and analyze financial performance for operations and projects, supporting project teams.
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, addressing potential issues proactively.
- Develop and refine business case assessments with relevant teams for program decisions.
- Facilitate team alignment and decision-making; present data in clear, cohesive reports with recommendations.
- Participate with management to guide strategic decision-making, providing objective financial guidance.
- Partner with departments such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Program Management to understand financial inputs and advise on decisions.
- Support additional projects including month-end reporting, business planning, benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process and business improvements.
Minimum Qualifications :
