Strategic Advisor – KSA (Partnership-based) Freelance Engagement

About the Role We are seeking a well-connected

Strategic Advisor

to help strengthen

Gunia Consulting’s

network and client relationships across the KSA. This role is ideal for someone who understands how business in the region works – where introductions and trust open more doors than formal outreach.

You’ll work directly with the founder and our

Recruitment & BD Partner (GCC) , helping us connect with decision-makers in family offices, investment firms, and corporates that value a Swiss-level recruiting and consulting approach.

This is not a sales position. It’s a strategic collaboration focused on access, relationships, and influence – helping our team meet the right people and build long-term business partnerships.

Your Contribution

Facilitate introductions to decision-makers (founders, investors, HR leaders) in Kingdom.

Provide guidance on regional business culture and partnership strategies.

Join initial conversations when needed to support trust and context.

Help the GCC team prioritize high-potential markets and sectors.

What You Bring

A strong professional network in the KSA – ideally within startups, family offices, investment firms, or corporates.

Senior experience in consulting, HR, business development, or executive leadership.

Credibility and local presence : you’re someone whose call gets answered.

Integrity, discretion, and an interest in long-term collaboration.

Compensation & Structure

Fee per qualified introduction

Success fee :

Percentage of Gunia Consulting’s net fee for closed mandates.

No fixed salary – you’re rewarded directly for your network and results.
