About the Role :
The Project Lead will oversee the delivery of strategic CX and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will manage client relationships, lead multi-functional teams, and ensure strategic outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee project management, client engagement, and delivery .
- Develop CX and digital transformation strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps .
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against project objectives.
- Synthesize research, personas, and journey insights into strategic outcomes.
Ideal Profile :
