Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventing and investigating losses, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, and assets. Responsibilities

Identify and prevent losses due to

theft, shoplifting , and other forms of

shrinkage . Conduct thorough investigations of

suspected losses , gathering evidence and collaborating with law enforcement as needed. Monitor

CCTV systems, alarms, and other security measures to detect and prevent losses. Apprehend and detain

individuals suspected of shoplifting or other forms of theft, following company policies and procedures. Prepare detailed reports of

incidents, investigations, and losses , maintaining accurate records and documentation. Work closely with

store management, security teams , and law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate losses. Provide

training and awareness

programs for employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures. Requirements

High school diploma

or equivalent required; degree in criminal justice or related field preferred. Excellent

analytical and problem-solving

skills. Previous experience in

loss prevention, security, or law enforcement

preferred. Familiarity with

laws and regulations

related to loss prevention.
