We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Consultant to join our Growth Portfolio Department (PMD). This is a key role based in Riyadh, focused on managing and executing complex, large-scale projects and transformation initiatives for major government and enterprise clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

Leading and managing large-scale programs and projects for government or enterprise organizations, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

Conducting comprehensive feasibility studies, financial modeling, and strategic analysis (including gap / SWOT analysis) to build robust business cases.

Designing and supporting the implementation of organizational transformation, change management strategies, and new operating models.

Developing and managing the full procurement lifecycle, including drafting RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and overseeing vendor management.

Performing advanced data analysis, establishing and tracking KPIs, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate with :

A minimum of 6–8 years of professional experience in management consulting or a dedicated large-scale project management role.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or Systems). A Master’s degree or a PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.

Essential :

Excellent command of both English and Arabic, with proven strength in business writing and communication.

Proven expertise in project management methodologies and strategic frameworks.

Preferred certifications include PMP®, PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
