About the Job An opportunity has arisen forAssistant Talent Acquisition Managerfor Human Capital Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role :

To always ensure 100% recruitment audit compliance while using Recruitment system.

Provide coaching support to managers to improve retention or reduce labour turn over and encourage internal promotion

Assist managers and encourage effective succession plan and individual

To ensure that the process for recruitment activities is conducted in an accurate and timely manner

Adhere to company policy to any new hire or status change request

Provide guidance to managers and coordinate with Training Department with training related to IDP’s or Succession Plan.

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

Relevant knowledge of HR administration processes and policies, minimum 4-year HR experience

Ability to work in a team, initiative, creativity, flexibility, mature personality, flexible, team player, customer service oriented

Preferred to be experienced in luxury hospitality.

Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded

Business studies and business English qualifications, Degree in Hospitality related studies
