Overview

We are hiring for our projects in KSA. Position : “Projects Manager”.

About Elite : Elite is a leading company in the construction field and a fast-growing organization in the waste management sector. With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to support our growing technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to integrate waste systems
Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities
Oversee procurement, production, and installation of waste management components
Manage on-site construction teams during implementation
Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical issues
Implement waste segregation and recycling systems
Research and propose innovative, sustainable waste management solutions
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and specification compliance
Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and risk assessments
Identify and manage project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
Coordinate with export teams for international deliveries
Supervise and mentor Senior and Junior Project Control Engineers
Allocate resources effectively and manage team dynamics
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture on project sites
Collaborate on sustainable practices like energy recovery and advanced recycling
Maintain all project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders
Oversee final project handover, ensuring all deliverables are met

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience

Strong knowledge of waste management systems, HVAC projects, or in escalators & elevators

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in KSA and / or Egypt

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and office software

Work Conditions

From 9 AM till 5 PM. Location : Saudi Arabia (KSA). 1 day off (Friday).
