As part of the strategic expansion of its Financial Consulting services and the continued growth of its Financial Engineering Department in the Middle East, Egis is seeking a highly skilled Financial Engineering Consultant to join its teams in Riyadh or Doha.
This role focuses on delivering complex project structuring solutions across multiple sectors, including transportation (road, rail, ports), renewable energy , real estate , and sustainable finance . You will be a key contributor to consulting engagements, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact financial strategies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement robust financial models for infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects.
Perform detailed financial diagnostics , risk assessments, and cash flow analyses for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Assist clients in negotiations and stakeholder relations, including concession agreements, PPP frameworks, and DSP structures.
Provide strategic financial advisory and technical assistance to clients on infrastructure and sustainable finance projects.
Contribute to tender responses and commercial proposals in collaboration with Egis teams.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance , or a related field, with specialisation in Structured Finance, Project Finance , or Corporate Finance .
Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, financial consulting, or project finance, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
Exceptional ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis and solve complex financial challenges.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
