Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to match client workflows and processes Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scenarios Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities Provide user training and ongoing functional support Work closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Strong understanding of core ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) Proven experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and end-user training Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts is a plus (technical coordination with devs) Fluent in English Employment type
