Educational Psychologist - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Educational Psychologist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will work with students, educators, and parents to assess and support the psychological well-being and educational development of learners, leveraging your expertise to create a positive learning environment, promote mental health awareness, and implement effective strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning challenges and needs.
• Provide counseling and support to students facing emotional, behavioral, and academic difficulties.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and interventions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers and parents on topics such as learning styles, classroom management, and mental health.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and interventions.
• Advocate for students' educational rights and provide guidance on special education processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Stay current with research and best practices in educational psychology and mental health.
