We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager (Electrical) to oversee electrical projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading teams to successful project completion.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Manage site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and labor management.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and compliance records.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and specifications.
Train and supervise electrical staff on site.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

15-20 years of experience in site management, specifically in electrical projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
